HALLOWEEN

We went down to our friends (The McKinney's) for Halloween. Their neighborhood is much better for trick-or-treating than ours. Mason was a firefighter, and their little guy Miller was a dragon. They were so stinkin cute together!

Mason really got into Halloween more this year than last. He marched right up to the houses and rang the door bell and said "Trick-or-Treat" like a champ. He was also good at saying "Thank You" before we walked away. :-) He had waaayyy too much candy tonight but what are you going to do...........it's Halloween.

The cutest dragon and fireman out there!

The wagon was a big hit with Miller. I think he will be getting one for his first birthday (which is right around the corner)!

Charging up to the door........he really liked getting candy!

Running to the next house!

Pumpkin Carving

Mason had fun carving pumpkins. He especially liked all the "tools" he got to use!
He loved helping daddy use the drill to decorate one of the pumpkins.

Finished products!

Avoiding Bed

This is how Mason avoids getting ready for bed. At least it tires him out more! :-)

Messy Boy

One of the souvenirs we picked up while visiting Thomas were a set of stamps. I spent some time digging through my teaching stuff and found a WASHABLE stamp pad so we could use the stamps. As you can see from the pictures there was more stamping on the body going on than on the paper. He looked like a Smurf when we were done. This is why teachers always ask for washable everything!!!!!

West Coast Tour

Andy had a week off and we got away one last time before #2 arrives. We started our week golfing in Pebble Beach then headed up to Seattle to see good friends from residency. It was a very busy week and I am so tired still today, but great to get away and golf (because I usually never golf on vacation) and see friends we haven't seen in a while.

First day golfing at Spanish Bay and Spyglass Hill.
36 holes is a lot to play regardless of being pregnant!

The day we played Pebble the fog rolled in and it misted the entire time.
Not my ideal day of golf.

Rainy and cold, but still fun!

Our last day of golf was really nice!

Golfing at Poppy

We didn't golf our last day there and instead enjoyed the beautiful day!

We went to the Buffs vs Huskies game in Seattle.
Buffs lost........shocker!

Andy with his twin, Ben.

Even though the Buffs got trampled we still had a great time!

First Snow

The day we left to go out of town this is what we woke up to. Gotta love Colorado that it can be 70 one day and snowing the next. It was really pretty and Mason was so excited to try out his new shovel. Mom was not prepared for snow this early and Mason does not have boots/jacket/hat/gloves that fit him. It is on my list of things to get done this week because who knows when the next once will come.

When it was all over we had about 4-5 inches of snow.

Big Boy Bed

Mason is officially sleeping in his new big boy bed!!!! His furniture got delivered before we went out of town for a week so we decided to wait until we were home and last night was his first night not sleeping in his crib. He did great! Mom was a little worried about him falling out of bed and didn't sleep all the great, but he proved me wrong. Hopefully I will sleep better tonight! :-)
