Come on Spring!!!

We have had a few nice days (to be followed by snow this weekend) and have gotten outside to play! Mason gave Cooper a wagon ride, which he LOVED! He also found his bike in the garage and discovered he is WAY too big for his bike. He looks like he should be in the circus. Guess we know what he is getting for his birthday in 6 weeks. (How is he going to be 4 in 6 weeks?!?!) Mason was also kind enough to take Cooper for a ride in he Jeep. Cooper had a ball, even with Mason's crazy driving! (I should probably make both of them wear helmets!)

Also, if you look closely in the pictures of Cooper with the red sweatshirt, he has a big old fat lip! Which he got playing outside the day before. Poor little guy can't catch a break with head/face injuries.

Breckenridge

We just had such a wonderful long weekend in the mountains! Mason had his first (and last) day of ski school. Apparently, my child disliked ski school so much he decided he only needed to be there for 3 hours. Most of those 3 hours were spent crying and asking for daddy and his blanket. After we rescued him, I fed him lunch and Andy took him back out. Well, 3 hours was all it took because suddenly he "got it" and was skiing on his own! Way to go Mason!!!!

We had 4 great days and nights with some great friends! Can't wait to do it again!

Here is a great video of Mason skiing! Thank Kimberly for getting this on video for us!

Fun in the Snow

We got A LOT of snow yesterday, close to 16". Woke up today to a beautiful blue-sky Colorado day, and decided it would be fun to take the boys outside to enjoy the sunshine. We tried sledding but it didn't last long. The snow was VERY wet and heavy and Mason had trouble walking back up the hill. So, we decided to make a snowman and play on the swing set. Love these beautiful days!

Tucson

We took a VERY last minute trip to Tucson last weekend. It was going to be in the 80s there so I was all for it! The hotel had an awesome pool for the kids. They loved the fountains, but really loved the water slide. Mason had no fear and did the slide all by himself. When I took Cooper down the slide he was laughing the entire time! So much fun!

We had 2 VERY tired boys on the way to the airport. :-)

Here are a couple of videos from the water slide and Cooper swimming!
