While Mason is at soccer practice Cooper has fun playing on the playground. He is getting pretty fearless maneuvering around!

Bye Bye Gate
Well, it is time for the baby gate to come down! Cooper has been showing us how independent he can be going up and down the stairs with the gate open but now he doesn't even need it open. He just uses the cat door. HAHA
This happened because Daddy and Mason were going to sit in the hot tub and Cooper was left behind. He did NOT want to be left behind and took it upon himself to get downstairs! Such a stinker!

Daddy's Newest Helper
Andy was reinforcing the bars in my closet (No, not because I have too many clothes, because of how it was put up initially) and Cooper couldn't help but come over and "help" daddy. He got pretty mad when Andy actually had to take the stud finder and use it for real but it was back in his hands quickly!
Now mommy's closet is good to go and can hold even more clothes! ;)
My Little Shopper
I caught Cooper going shopping in the pantry! Do you like what he wears to shop? :)

1st Day of School
Back to School! Mason was so excited to get back to school and see his friends. Cooper however was not very excited to see Mason go when we were leaving. :( He loves his brother so much but he quickly got over it when we got home and he was able to play with all the toys by himself! ;)
Can't believe my baby is 1 year away from going to Kindergarten. Where is the time going?!?!

Excited for his first day! |
Had to take a picture by the new sign at school! |
Couldn't get one with both of them though. |
This is a sad sad Cooper as we were leaving. :( |
He got over the tears pretty quickly when we got home! ;) |
Back to the Mountains
We were fortunate enough to spend the last 2 weekends in the mountains. It was really hot in Denver and so nice to escape to some cooler temps.
This first set of pictures are from Labor Day weekend. We had friends come up with us who have a daughter Mason's age. They had so much fun playing together!
These pictures are from last weekend. Another beautiful weekend in the mountains. The mornings were gorgeous and then the afternoon storms rolled in and cooled everything off nicely! After I carried Cooper up the hill the weekend before, this time I brought the backpack. Much easier!

Mason and Tatum cheering on the Buffs! |
Go Buffs! Great start to the season! |
This lasted about 5 seconds before he freaked out! Too soon.... |
Mason loved it as always! |
They had so much fun playing in the fountain! They were soaked! |

20 Months Old
Am I allowed to be sad that my baby is 4 months away from turning 2? Time is flying by and I wish I could put on the brakes. Cooper is at such a fun age and makes us laugh daily. At his appointment 2 weeks ago he was 29 lbs 12 oz (95%) and 34"(90%). Still thinking he is going to be a big boy like his brother. :-)
If you look at his legs you will see green pen. This child is into EVERYTHING these days. I guess I should be grateful he colored on himself and not the couch (like Mason has done before). ;)
Soccer Practice
The time has finally arrived. Mason started playing soccer. He has been having fun practicing in the basement and did a great job at his first practice! No bias from mom at all! :-)
Pantry Mess
I should have known they were up to no good when it was too quiet. This is what I found........
Should have cleaned it up right there and then, but no, I let them play a bit longer. MISTAKE! Cooper bit into the otter pops and got STICKY juice all over everything! Won't do that again!
Do you like how Mason is trying to clean it up? I appreciate the help but would have preferred if he hadn't used one of my good towels. HA!
Showering
Cooper finally likes the shower! I have tried before and all he would do is cry. Now he can't get enough of it!
This is when the shower was all done. He likes getting dried off with the hair dryer!
