It's Summer.........FINALLY

I feel like it took summer a little longer to arrive this year. We are finally warming up enough to play outside in the water and hit the pool!

Rainbows

Mason got very excited during a storm last week because he saw a rainbow...well, 2 rainbows! They were so cute watching out the window together. 

Dancing Skills

Cooper isn't real big into watching shows but he does like the opening songs. After that they lose his attention. Here he is getting excited for "Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood". :-)

17 Months Old

Cooper just keeps on getting cuter and more fun each month. He is trying to talk more and definitely getting into more trouble. haha

Here is a comparison of Mason and Cooper at 17 months. I didn't learn about the stickers until Mason was 17 months so now it will be fun to compare how similar/different these two boys are!

Howdy

Cooper has been wearing this cowboy hat lately and he just looks too darn cute in it! He is such a ham!

Memorial Day Weekend

We spent Memorial Day up in Vail. On Friday we went out to dinner to celebrate my 34th birthday at Sweet Basil (so delicious) and it was such a beautiful night that we got to eat out on the patio overlooking the river!

In the morning Uncle David and I took the kids down to the river and they had a blast throwing rocks and pine cones into the water. Cooper thought the splashes were hilarious. I will say I was VERY anxious about how close they wanted to get and how fast the river was moving. Luckily there were 2 of us (one for each kid). I can see why people put leashes on their children.  HAHA

Another morning we went to a really fun park.

Pre-School is Done

Mason just finished his first year of pre-school. He loved his school and made so many friends. A big thanks to my dad for driving Mason to and from school so many days, it was such a big help to me (especially when Cooper was still so small and napping in the morning).
Can't believe he will get going to Kindergarten in just 1 more year..........time really needs to slow down with these kids!

Picnic

I pulled the boys picnic table out because I thought it would be fun to eat on the deck. They loved eating outside and I got some super cute pictures of them sitting "nicely" at the table together. :-)

Smoothie Lover

I have been making the boys a smoothie in the morning and they are loving them (even sneaking in spinach). Cooper likes to climb into the big pink chair to eat his.

15/16 Month Appointment

We FINALLY had Cooper's 15 month appointment (now that he is 16 months old).

He weighed 27lb 12.8oz (95%) and was 33" (90%). Still a BIG BOY! He had 2 shots but that means he won't have any at his 18 month appointment.
