Monkey See-Monkey Do

We had a snow storm during a VERY cold week. Andy went out to do the driveway and Mason insisted on going out too. Well, wherever Mason goes Cooper must go too! So after MASSIVE tears I bundled him up and took him out too. He immediately grabbed his Mater and started helping daddy do the driveway. It was FREEZING but the pictures were pretty adorable.

Christmas Recap Part 1

Christmas has come and gone and the house is finally getting back to normal. And by normal I mean Christmas decorations are put away and the toys are back out! Here are a few pictures of our Christmas preparations.


Tommy the Elf came back on December 1st. Tommy really worked for Mason this year and Cooper was even excited to look for him every morning. He just didn't get the whole "you can't touch Tommy or he will lose his magic" think. Next year will be even more fun for both of them.


Mason was most excited to set up the "family" train.

Cooper liked it too but again had problems not toughing it. If I had a quarter for everytime I put the cars back on the tracks I could do some major shopping!



Tommy came for a visit in Mason's stocking one morning. He thought this was pretty neat.


I can't do any baking without both boys "helping".

Cooper was so excited to see Santa, but when it was time to actually take the picture he was straight faced. It was too funny!

I think Cooper would have been happy riding the walkway all week instead of going to Hawaii. Ha

We tried to get him to wear headphones on the plane but it didn't last long.

Thanks to my parents I was able to sneak in a few round of golf!

The boys spent a lot of time in the hammock. This one was funny because they had just gotten out of the pool and were "drying off".

Thanksgiving in Hawaii

We were lucky enought to get to spend Thanksgiving in Hawaii! We survived Cooper's last flight as a lap child and were very happy to get to the house. We spent lot of time in the pool, hot tub, and at the beach! Mason's swimming really took off while we were there and we also discovered Cooper has NO fear in the water as well (just like Mason at that age).





These cups from Ikea were the best thing I brought. Entertainment for HOURS!

Mason tried out snorkeling but wasn't a huge fan of the mask yet, so he used the boogie board. ;)

This seems to be Cooper's picture face lately. Cute and fitting for his stinker personality these days!



This is what our mornings looked like. The boys were in the hot tub by 7am.

The beach close to our house is a big area for sea turtles. Every day we went to the beach we would go visit the turtles.

There were lots of lizards at the house but it took Mason a while to figure out he can't go running up to see them. ;)

The house also had a koi pond. The boys loved watching the fish.
